The Rusty Rooster is committed to helping you own amazing affordable art and crafts, so we want you to be entirely happy with your order. Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
IF YOUR ART IS DAMAGED AND YOU WANT A REPLACEMENT
The Rusty Rooster and The Rusty Rooster selling partners make every effort to ensure that all arts and crafts sent to you is in perfect condition but occasionally we know that there may be a glitch.
We ask every customer to inspect their order on arrival to check that the item they have received is the one that was ordered. In case of a wrong item being delivered or if you wish to return your order please do so within 5 days of receiving the order.
If you have bought a piece of art and you wish to return it please email us at email@example.com stating your reason for the return. For all art paintings, prints and photographs please keep all of the original packaging and any accompanying authenticity certificates until you are happy that you are going to keep the print. We cannot accept returns of art, prints and photographs unless they are in their original packaging.
All returns should be sent to the address on the returns label which will be sent to your e-mail address upon notification of your intent to return your purchase.
If you have requested a refund, we will credit your original payment mechanism within 5 days of receiving your returns.
Please note that most of our art, prints and photographs are limited editions and their stock is restricted in number. If you are seeking a replacement and not a refund, we will try our best to send you a replacement, however, for hand painted art we most likely will not be able to send a replacement.
